Rain, a 13 year old girl who had faced more hardships than most adults.
She survived a school shooting, her mother, being a teacher, didn't survive. Rain, her older brother, and her workaholic father moved to a small town in Essex, Iowa .
       Now 17 and a junior in high school, Rain gets sent to an academy for delinquents in Blackpool UK. She struggles with depression and self-harm. Her older brother, Jaxson, hates his very being, blaming himself for his sister's trauma. All of this sparks Rain's rebellion, causing her to almost always get caught on the wrong side of the law. Her father, Eric Harris, finally has the last straw with her antics, sending her to Blackpool's Delinquents Academy, where she is listed as one of the most dangerous people there. Not many girls get sent to the academy, let alone get listed as a high-ranking criminal.
