Three months before her parent's wedding, Jessica receives some news that will change her life forever. Anna Veltroni, her mom's best friend, comes to stay at her house and she brings along her two children... and a part of Jessica's past that is capable of destroying her completely.

Three years ago, Christopher Veltroni broke her heart and now she has to bear living under the same roof as him for an undetermined amount of time. But he won't make it easy for her, since he brought along his annoying twenty-five year old girlfriend, who's made her personal task to make Jessica's life miserable with the help of Stephanie Veltroni, her best friend and also Christopher's little sister.

What neither Christopher nor Jessica expected, was that even after all those years, none of them could get rid of those strong feelings they once had for each other. So when they cross the line they had promised themselves they would never cross again, there's no turning back. This way, they end up in a situation where the only thing they can do is keep their mischievous lie.
