The world is dying due to natural disasters occurring at a rapid pace. A few people will survive these disasters and harness great power. A few examples:
- Tornado- Wind/Air 
- Tsunami- Water
- Earthquake- Nature
- Avalanche/Ice storm- Ice
- Raging Fire- Fire/Heat
- Meteorite showers- Rock

And lastly... Disease. That's a big one and is everywhere. A plague that kills people within days. Billions of humans have died within months due to all the disasters. Few will survive and a lab filled with scientists to create a cure. This is our extinct world.All Rights Reserved

They are forced to fight and kill zombies and monsters just for a chance of safety. But does this 'safety' even exist?

A fatal virus, Imazoia, formed within the water contaminating all who drank it. The virus spread rapidly due to the pipes being a main source of water. Chaos stormed over the planet as thousands and millions became fatally ill within hours. The virus spread so rapidly that even scientists didn't have the time to produce a cure. This created the Wakers, the immune left to defend themselves with what remains.

When a zombie apocalypse hits the world on its National Thanksgiving, in less than 24 hours, villages, cities, towns, entire countries are wiped out. Gone away into the dust, to never be seen. Nah, they all emerge as mindless angry creatures that would destroy anything in it's path to get a drop of your blood. Zombies. Not just the regular zombies you see in TV. Not the slowpokes, dumb, crazied flesh-eating monsters. No, these zombies can see, smell, run, climb, they can imitate and God help us they understand and not simply imitate. What happens when these zombies begin to gain intelligence? Every living thing evolves and if it doesn't; it's not worthy of being called 'living'. So when the remaining of humanity remains unmoving, stagnant but the zombies keep growing in mass, intelligence, strength; living. Living on the bare minimum, working your back, seeing loved ones day every single day, hearing screams of help from all around you but knowing how you couldn't do anything. This is a world where surviving wasn't... surviving. Living hurts. This is a world where even horror die-hard fans would rather not be in. For you to live, you have to be insane. And thankfully for one of our characters, they've gone insane.
