The Peril of 3857 was described as one of the deadliest wars known to mankind. It wiped out children left and right, and took the majority of the population as it's own. Patricia Astoria Lynde doesn't remember the attack. A slightly popular teenager, she has never experienced running for her life, or almost starving as she hopes soldiers won't hear her cry. But her mother does. At fifteen, her mother was one of the most influential soldiers defending the country. The battle is over, hard fought and sorely won, but there was no time to celebrate it. Mostly, life turned to normal as she raised her twin children in a safe enviroment. Today was the Peril's memorial day. The day honouring the five billion people dead after the first attack.
