A teenage girl, that's 17 years old, named Summer, travels with her mom around the U.S. because of her father that serves in the Air Force. Her mom makes money by being the owner of a fabulous fashion industry called Seven Heavens. Summer's never had a permanent home nor friends. They have recently moved to a beach house near the California waters.
Summer has the beauty, the brains, and the athletics. She is pretty just like her mom, and has modeled for her mom's fashion industry while keeping an "A" average at her many schools she has attended. She has a closet full of unique styles and patterns and she has always had a house the size of a manison. She's also been a superstar when it came to sports, helping her schools win a lot of awards while winning independent awards for herself.
Will this move be a bust just like the rest of them, or will she stay and make friends this time? This is her reality lifestyle, but your dream world. She's not a superstar, but she might as well be one.
Katelyn is 17 and a "rock star" at Los Angeles High School. She's full of style. She's not the smartest, but she definitely isn't dumb. She's been through a breakup or two, and has many friends. She has a mom, a dad serving in Hawaii, and a brother named Troy. She's been voted Prom Queen multiple times and has been called the prettiest girl in school. Her mom makes big bucks so her wardrobe isn't dull. It's full of style and colors. She almost sounds like another Summer, but she's not. Will these two be the best of friends, or will there be drama at school? Will they get in cat fights or will they rule the world......

Katelyn has been in and out of the foster system since her mother died when she was young. After her father gets put in jail again, she gets sent to live with the Thomas family. The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. Kate hasn't ever lived with siblings before, let alone this many boys, so it's a big change for her. Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. What happens when your underage, your mom is The Wanted and One Direction's manager and your forced to live in the UK? Well for me it means I'm forced to skip my last year of high school. Hi the name's Alex, Alex Cruz short for Alexandria Skye Cruz but everyone calls me Alex. I hate my full name. I know what your gonna say 'Alexandria is a beautiful name what kinda girl wouldn't like that name' yeah? Well I'm that girl. I honestly think its way to girly and formal and I'm more laid back and cool like ice haha. They might all be guys except for my cousin Jewel aka Drool who is my absolute best friend till the world runs out of cookies but I don't think that counts. I have a brother named Joe who basically raises me since Mom is always working managing The Wanted but I couldn't care less she's way to bossy. I only like her when she sends me chocolate and V.I.P passes to the VMAs every year. It's honestly annoying how much time she spends over there in the UK all because of that boyband and now to add to more of the annoyingness she's now managing One Direction too. Yippee! NOT I mean they're hot and everything and their music is great but I absolutely hate them all 10 of those sexy guys. It's the end of the summer and guess how I'm spending it? With my mother in the UK with One Direction AND The Wanted. A whole year in the freaking UK with none of my friends, no turtles, no sun, nobody who gets me, and I'm missing my senior year. I have always been the invisible one. No one knows I am there. I try to fit in with everyone, but the students end up ignoring me. When I speak, no words escape my mouth. I have always known that there was another part of me, that wants to shine, but is too scared to show her face. It is as if we have been hiding behind the same mask and no one sees us. We put on a different mask to try to be like everyone else, but we're really covering up our true personality. As if I am a nerd, that everyone can just walk all over. However, I am not that type of person. It is as if, the only way you would be able to get attention, is if you become a "bad boy," or you wear clothes that show too much skin. I am not like that; I do not know how to act "bad". I have always been a good girl and I do not know how to dress like that. I mean I do have some type of fashion sense. When I say I'm a good girl I mean that I am one of those good girls who gets what she want most of the time, but doesn't talk to her parents about her social life, or when she gets a new boyfriend. I keep to myself and they keep to themselves. I mean they still talk to me when they think I need something, and they respect my privacy. I just do not know what to do with my life anymore. I feel like I hit a bit of a brick wall. I love this story, it was the first time I started writing for me and not for school. I was getting some major writer's block when it came to this story which felt weird because the creative juices had been flowing up to this point. I love this story and the characters and I finally realised that any writing I tried to force out would be really bad quality and that it could ruin the story. I do realise that this is very frustrating; I would be annoyed if someone did it to me. But I really think that in this case, less is more. I may come back to this story one day, but I make no promises. I feel like my time with Liam and Saskia has come to an end. They can enjoy their summer in peace!
