This takes place after the events of episode 24 (Volpina). After Tikki tells Marinette what was so important about the book, and who they should bring it to, they went to go see "The Great Guardian". 
  
  After finding out how to decipher the codes contained in the Miraculous book, Marinette sets out on a quest to find more information about the Miraculous jewels and how to defeat Hawkmoth. Her quest takes her to Shanghai, but there are some bumps along the way that Marinette must confront to complete her mission.
