When Charity, a crippled alicorn princess struck with bitterness, receives a mysterious note from her grandfather, she embarks on a quest to find several qualities to heal their land. Along the way, she meets a lot of new friends, including a happy, lively Persian Onager unicorn, a shy but courageous hybrid of a zebra and a unicorn, a temperamental two-horned Abada (okay, not a unicorn, but some Abadas can have one horn, so that counts?), and a tiny but strong goat!
