Forget Me (Not?)

Dean didn't mean to get hurt. He really thought this hunt would be easy, but one werewolf claw to the head sent him banging against the ground, blood spilling everywhere. Luckily Sam was able to get him to the hospital, but there were still complications. The last eleven years of Dean's life? The memories are gone. He doesn't remember the Darkness, the Leviathan, the Apocalypse, Purgatory, Bobby dying, John dying, any of it... And he doesn't remember Castiel. So, the angel does something that shocked even Sam. He admitted his love for the dazed Winchester after he woke from his surgery by saying that they were lovers. Sam is faced with a dilemma: does he tell Dean the truth that Cas lied, or let him be happy with his newfound love?

While Sam is battling with his morals, Dean seemed to be doing fine after accepting his blood and surrogate father were both dead, and the memory of Lisa and Ben wiped from him seemed to make him lighter, happier, but how long can it last? Castiel isn't the only one who loves Dean, and while Sam is struggling with his morals and whether or not to try to trigger Dean's painful memories and Dean is settling into his new life, there's trouble brewing that no one was prepared for.
