Tyler Gallagher is just your average kid in district 5. Sure he may have some anger issues, but those aside, he is a nice person. He is also fairly quiet and keeps to himself until his final reaping comes, and his little brother is chosen. He now has no choice but to volunteer for his brother and win the games for himself.
