This is my story for my English assessment. this copy is before the draft. I have included the final afterwards. 
We are learning about fantasy writing and our word limit is 400-600
Let me just tell you  this assessment of Fantasy writing was hard with such a minuscule word limit, i honestly like to have a bigger word capacity because as you can see, the events are really squished and it ruins the story (in my opinion).

BTW- i know i am not the best writer so please don't criticize my work, negatively.

It's never too late to hop onto the track of fantasies "I might be the princess of the moon, but I can also be the bringer of your doom." ----- All the characters, kingdoms, names, and places are my ideas. Any resemblance to real ones is purely coincidental. The story contains some violence and some explicit scenes of gore, but nothing too bloody or disgusting. Keep in mind, that this is the first book I've ever written, and English isn't my first language. Any mistakes or twists of words are unintentional. I'd do better than this in the future so 🐻 with me.

Laufeia, a big time immortal and servant of Dark beings has thrown me and my friends out of our own castle. Now we are on the run from being captured by her minions. I've seen her do horrible acts, she has taken lives of those more powerful than herself. How though? Maybe she is more evil than I anticipated. Either way, I'm in a slump. My people have their backs turned, my friends expect this great hero out of me, but I never even graduated high school! So, not only do I have to retake my title, prove I'm a badass and that I care for the Enchantains but then there's my Beloved, Reason. Hey, he's hot, leave me alone. Okay, back to my royal problems. In my journey to earn my princess status back, I have to parade around my land. And because of that I meet some weird creatures- the kind that you read about. To defend Light I have to resist Darkness. Not as easy as it sounds. * Fall deeper into the song of Enchantment, slip underneath it's sweet waves. This mystical planet has creatures we only hear of in stories. Melody may be a little dead inside but that won't stop the Light that lives within her. Follow Mel as she discovers not only herself, but those around her.

This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Some stories will be shorter than others and some may continue over multiple days, but I will upload everyday, no matter the quality. Consistency over perfection. Important Some might be good, some might be horrible. Good thing I'm doing this for me and not for you. I'd be grateful for any feedback though, I have a lot to learn.

As I grew up in difficult conditions I dismissed all those ideas out of my head. Tales are for children and nothing of it was true. Or so I thought. Until the day the guy I hated the most saved me from imminent death. *** Deep in my being an unbearable anger scattered itself through my body. I clenched my fists. A violent jerk started building up to my vocal cords. I gritted my teeth to keep it under control but in vain my lips began to move. "My life is not an Illusion!" The small crowd still gathered inside the café went silent as they all turned to see what was happening. I bit my lip in embarrassment. Jack slowly turned around and instantly met my eyes.
