She killed an innocent man in a coffee shop, and now he haunts her in her dreams and waking life. 

No one could love her. She was a monster. 

But one day, she and her best friend, Stella Quartez, run into a pair of intriguing men that whisk them away to be with other mutants like them. Only problem is that those other mutants aren't haunted by the vengeful spirit of a dead man.
