Eleanor Parker is just trying to survive her last year of high school...literally. She has cancer and nobody knows , except for her closest friends of course. All she really wants is the year to go off without a hitch. Too bad reality isn't like that.

Blake McAdams is Crestview Highs' golden boy. Gorgeous bad boy and he plays football? Every guy would kill to be him and every girl would kill to be with him. With the only exception being Eleanor and Blake is not too fond of her either. But what will happen when Blake takes a sudden interest in this suddenly closed off girl?
