The story takes place at Thesus High, a fairy princess, Astral is on her Other Walk. She goes to the human world for 90 days and decides to stay a fairy or become an other. Astral is having trouble keeping her fairy powers a secret with her love interest, Tristan and goes to Emma for help. Emma Alonso is a witch from Miami and is the most powerful witch known as 'The Chosen One', Emma is dating a rebel wizard named Jax. She asks the witches counsel for advice, they tell her to watch over Astral and enroll at Thesus High. Emma and Astral get into some trouble and need help from some other friends, mermaids. They have some trouble getting along with Ondina, Mimmi, and Serina, but they need all the help they can get to overthrow evil.
