Sean (Jack) William McLoughlin is a 16 year old, a Junior in High School. He moved to LA from Ireland with his family 3 years ago. He has always felt well...different from everyone else around him, and he always seemed to get picked on for being 'different'. It has been this way since he was at least 12, so for about 4 years. He has been feeling even worse since moving to LA. He just feels unwanted and useless, even around his own family. But what happens when he meets this new guy who moved to LA from Cincinnati, Ohio. A guy who is just so happy and up beat all the time. Trying to make everyone around him smile and happy. Will this help Sean or is there just no more hope for him any more? Will this new guy in school end up helping Sean? Find out in this story full of friendship, love and sometimes hate. About two young men with two different stories that are just trying to find themselves.

His uncle and aunt fought constintally, he started getting bullied by random kids, and he felt alone. Not only that, but he found something out about his uncle. Or-who he thought was his uncle. All until one day, a handsome young man, the same age as Jack, same interests, and shared most of his classes with, decided to break the rules of being a "jock" and talked to him. Jack and Mark fall madly in love, and break all the rules of being kids and being "opposites", by dating. Marks ex, Jessie, decided to do something about it. Now Jack and Mark have to battle this big dicky prick, all while Mark must protect Jack from his worst enemy: himself (meaning Jack). Mark is dying to be with Jack, and Jack is dying to be with Mark.
