The Sickness nearly wiped the Earth clean. It spread fast, and couldn't be contained by the FDA or the government. It took hundreds, including Theresa's family, and those healthy were sent to stations spread out around the world.

With her prestigious and natural skills, Theresa Dawning is taken away from what she has left. She's sent to be trained by Grayson Williams, a man recognized for his equal strength and intelligence. He trains many young adults, but he especially pays attention to Theresa. 

Where she thinks she will only be trained to perfection, she isn't expecting any surprises just days after arriving to her new "home." For a place renowned for it's highly intelligent and trained inhabitants, Station 0.5 has made many mistakes. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent?
