I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued

Amlyne had been fighting the feelings she felt for Jeffrey Alan or Jeff for 10 years. They met when she was 11 and he was 14. He had moved from Vermont to South Carolina. She not only had to fight her own feelings but also had to fight with her parents. They did not approve of JP. They saw him as bad influence and dangerous. So while Amlyne was still under 18, she had to do as she was told. All that was soon to change.Complete
