In a modern day tale of "The Little Mermaid", Surfer Girl, Lane Rade wipes out in a surfing contest and goes missing. She is later rescued by a mysterious figure. Paio Nautical is royalty. He is being forced to marry a, as he calls, a snot nosed brat. He finds a surfer on the water surface one day and made a choice that changed both their lives forever.
