In a world where 80% of the population has developed unique mutations in their genetic codes, giving them "superpowers", or "quirks", as they call it, it doesn't take long for fantasy and imagination to emerge out of the earth. And further, it doesn't take long for roles of "Heroes" and "Villains" to rise up as well. But... Who coins one as a "hero" or a "villain"...? The person themselves...? Or the people around them...? Being a human at the end of the day, she can only do so much. Follow Kageyama through his journey to becoming one of the greatest heroes in the entirety of Japan. What awaits him on this journey?
