"Luce, I need to tell you something" Jax said in a soft voice. "Oh no you don't! You say a word and I will send my panda-corns to maul you!" I threatened because I knew what he wanted to tell me and I didn't want to hear it. I never wanted to hear it. "Panda-corns? Seriously Luce" he laughed. I just shrugged and turned to walk away. The chocolate cake I knew was in the fridge was calling to me and I intended on answering its calls. My mouth watering at the thought.
