Augustus Waters as finally been healed from his cancer. On the other hand, Though, Hazel Grace is still pretty sick. One day Augustus finally pops the question. Of course Hazel Grace says yes. Now it is 2 years later and they have their own daughter named Emily. They love her and are so happy to call her theirs. Now it is 5 years later and Emily is starting to show signs of Lung Cancer. They both knew that this day would most likely come. Once they take her to the doctor, they find out that she does have Lung Cancer. Augustus and Hazel Grace don't know what to do. Emily has 50% chance to live and 50% chance to die. The doctors are basically saying that they really can't do anything for it since it is 50/50 chances but they still will give her treatment.
