Now they have to try and live normal lives in the human world, while battling eggman!

The Final Victory
Modern Eggman is dead, but is not out. Soon after his death, Modern Orbot initiates the doctor's revenge plan to distroy Sonic; but not physically this time- mentally. Even those who have no idea aren't safe. In the Boom Universe, what looked to be a routine battle turned seemingly deadly. All the Tails from the different universes are herded and contained in the Modern Universe, and the Moderns are kicked out. The Tails will be killed, and they can't do a thing. Stranded (A LoZ x Sonic The Hedgehog Fanfic)
Eggman is on the loose again and Sonic, along with Tails, Knuckles and Amy, gather to stop him. But, when it looks like they cleared all of the robots, Shadow shows up, brainwashed by Eggman, and fights the group. This gives Eggman the perfect distraction, after getting rid of Tails off his back, to aim his "deadly" weapon to them, which, in typical Eggman fashion, backfires, affecting everyone mentioned. On the other hand, 2 years after the events of Tears of The Kingdom, Link and Zelda discuss their future plans in the rebuilt and renovated Hyrule Castle, a discussion which abruptly ends when disrupted by a loud, abnormal sound.
