Seedscatter, proud and loyal deputy of FieldClan, has his whole life ahead of him. That is, until a mysterious prophecy is received and his family becomes wrapped up in its clutches.

But the prophecy was not sent from StarClan. Seedscatter is gambling with something much more sinister, something that plans on playing for keeps.

When a young kit is born, Seedscatter takes it upon himself to watch over the young cat. She will either be the destruction or the salvation of the clan.
