On BEING Happy

As you know from my writing my novels in the Starlet Series, I'm happy. When I lived in Santa Monica among celebrities, many asked what was my secret to smiling every day. "Acceptance," I would say.

I'm an imperfect person who married an imperfect man 18 years ago who I've known as an imperfect friend since high school 27 flawed years ago. I love him. I love me. I love our kids and family.

Perfection is impossible. Donuts taste good. Excercise is fun. We all make mistakes and move on. Amen.
