The Straw Hats get stuck on an island for a few days because of a long storm, and Sunny needs a few repairs that could take a bit. The crew stays on the island at a hotel to wait out the storm. It was a nice Island and the people were nice, but the only downside was that they were very traditional in the gender role aspect, more specifically, the gender role of females, as in how they act, dress, and how they take part in society. Zora didn't meet any of the women's beauty standards, unlike the other two women on the crew, who were seen as goddesses by the people. Because of this, her stay wasn't that pleasant. Takes place about two months after the second book - This is actually a part four but I finished it before part three but I also don't know if I'll even go through with writing part three. It's mainly just about Sanji and Zoro getting more comfortable in their relationship and getting to understand each other better.
