Lena and Eric had always liked each other, but neither of them knew it. They had almost always had some sort of relationship, yet it was never enough to be actually "dating" because neither of them wanted to ruin their friendship. Basically they would get really close to being in the "Dating" stage, until one had a reason that it couldn't happen, but maybe some day.
