Being blind left Vale Sinclair to face many challenges in her young life. Though countless people would tell her that she would never be successful, it never broke her spirit. When a mysterious man showed up at her door one day claiming that Vale was a witch and was to attend Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry, she is shown a whole new world, and also a whole new set of challenges. She is nervous of her peer's judgements, but determined to become a witch. She finds more than just a school in Hogwarts, she finds a home, and finally finds a place where she belongs.
