Lacey Stone is one of America's top bachlorettes and next in line to run her father's multi-million company. Lacey's father, Scott Stone, is driven for more power. Her father, is the CEO of Stone International and he's not ready to give Lacey his title. He wants a merger with Davenport Enterprises. But he wants none other than a marriage merger.

Lacey has never thought of having an arranged marriage, she always thought marriages should be because the two people love each other. But she can't say no to her fathers request can she? No she can't, Lacey decides that she will have to suck it up and respect her father's wishes. But she never expected on actually falling in love with Declan Davenport.

Declan Davenport always used to getting what he wants. Though his father agreed to have a marriage merger with Stone International, and if he wants to be CEO if Davenport Enterprises he's going have to hold his head high and go with it. But he never meant to be blown away Lacey Stone.

For once Declan actually wants to try and he wants Lacey. Though he doesn't want her as much he wants to be CEO. He's torn between his feelings and his desire for power. Can he actually love her? She's so good and innocent and he's a greedy man. Maybe if cupid gets a little help from his mom they can actually change both Lacey and Declan for the better.
