Waad Nadhir is a dedicated individual who has worked hard in order to achieve the success he enjoys in the real estate industry today. He is the current President and Co-Founder of BOSC Realty Advisors, which is a commercial real estate development firm based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He also serves as a Consultant for Steadfast Companies, which is a property management organization with real estate throughout the Western United States. He has been serving as a commercial real estate developer for several years, and he understands what it takes to be successful in the field. As a part of his career in real estate.

Waad Nadhir was born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1957, but he immigrated to the United States of America in 1961 when he was five years old. He grew up in Detroit, Michigan where he worked hard in order to get the most out of his education. He attended Michigan State University in 1979, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. After undergraduate school, he moved on to receive his Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 1983. Not only has his advanced business degree assisted him as a commercial real estate developer.

In order to be successful in commercial real estate development, you have to understand that real estate, especially commercial, is no different from any other investment; you need to be smart with your money and your time. Working in the field requires you to constantly weigh the risks and the rewards of developing the property. Make sure that you don't spend too much money or time developing your property, otherwise you may not be able to make it all back in the end. 

Waad Nadhir has been successful as a commercial real estate developer for most of his career. As the President and Co-Founder of BOSC Realty Advisors, he has helped grow the company's portfolio immensely. He knows how to make property profitable.
