Elle Alburn was experimented on by an evil group called Hydra, making her control the elements, and become stronger and faster. She became friends with a man called Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, while she was in the army and working with Shield. She also became very close with his best friend Bucky Barnes. After losing Barnes, Elle and Steve were frozen together after completing a mission that was meant to kill them.
