Masked Terror

When Zero and Ozzie were children, they decided on three secret hideouts that they could take refuge in in the event of an emergency within their hometown, London. When American soldiers invade Britain, the two friends' family histories are investigated and their true nationalities are revealed, causing the two to become devoted enemies. Until, that is, they unexpectedly meet again.
