In almost every werewolf story you read, it's going to be a boy or girl running away from their pack, or a boy or girl meeting their mate and because they're mated to that wolf, there's some large percentage of plot twists.

I guess this story is kind of like that.

There was a pack, long ago, that was rather small. But all its wolves were special. They had metallic and multi-colored fur that went beyond the boundaries of blond, brunette, noirette, and ginger fur.

One wolf had for so black, it was almost an inky blue. When it go wet, it didn't look wet. Hell, it was practically vanta black! But one thing everyone loved to watch was when winter arrived in the pack. Because this wolf, when her fur touched something cold, it turned as white as pure light. If she rolled around in the snow, only laying by a lit fireplace with a soft blanket or the changing of seasons could send her back to her beautiful, black state.

And they called her the Winter Wolf.

But there were other issues with this wolf. She was larger than any alpha, and she was faster. She was stronger than any warrior, or Alpha, or anyone. And she was smarter. Her logic but still human reason was incredible.

But people feared her. Well, they did when she suddenly had to leave her pack because she was banished.

Now, packs travel to the mountains, where actual wolves roam and protect the Winter Wolf, so they can ask her for help whenever they need it. And sometimes, she complies. Sometimes, she refuses and sends them away.

But this time, things are going to be different.

Much different.
