A few years ago, a massive outbreak of disease broke out among the clans. Most of the cats died. The ones remaining which were very few, abandoned the four clans and made 6, small clans. The leaders refused to take the star in their name. There aren't many Elders, If any. Kits were only born after the outbreak went away. The deputy rank was taken away. The rule of medicine cats not being able to have kits was taken away. They are now called Healers. When a leader passes, the Healer takes their place and choose a new healer. One of these cats, Doekit, just might be the savior to prevent death again.All Rights Reserved
