Ending summer with Hunter O'dell

"I could just go by myself right?" I asked pleadingly "I'm sorry honey that I can't pick you up and I've got tons of work to do I got to go I'll call when I can love you!" My mom excused sorrily and ended the call. Ugh!! she's so predictable. I wish I could toss this phone but I can't it's new. Stomping my feet I headed to the nearest chair and plumped myself.

My brother Ashton chuckled heading towards me "Hunt! Guess my favorite sister will come with us!" he shouted over his shoulder elbowing me teasingly.

"Hello?" Cather answered after the 3rd ring "I'm spending summer with you isn't that great?" I said enthusiasm was clear in my voice "uhm sorry Gian, Conner asked me to meet his family but I'll be home ASAP love you happy summer!" With that I'm doomed.

"That's good news" O'dell jogged coming our way "We don't have to hire a cook anymore don't worry I'll pay you good plus you get to see this body" he said winking at me
