Taylor has become the most famous singer in the world, and her life looks perfect on the outside. But if only people looked a little closer, they would realize how much she's struggling - struggling to keep her sexuality a secret, struggling with self-loathing, struggling with drugs. She's a mess, and the future seems nothing but a never-ending black hole in which she has fallen and doesn't know how to come out. That until she meets Karlie Kloss, who seems like she's made of sunshine, and she can either help Taylor find her way out of the darkness, or push her farther into it... This is my take on Kaylor. It doesn't necessarily follow the "real" timeline, even though I've tried to stick to it as much as possible. A ballet dancer becomes Taylor Swift's latest muse, but not in the way you expect. Taylor is the owner of Swift Records, a record company built by her parents and turned over to her. Swift Records is a competitive record label searching for up and coming artists. However, Taylor had an entirely different type of lifestyle. She yearned for submissives she calls muses. Contracts and muses come and go, and now she was on the hunt for her next muse. Karlie is new to New York from St. Louis and a talented ballet dancer. She is on the set of a music video, where she meets Taylor. It was an instant connection. Though, inexperienced in sex, she was tempted by the proposition of being her muse. The story explores how these two women learn their hard and soft limits, inside and outside of play. Star is a different type of girl. Ever since she got detached from her divorced, emotionally unavailable parents, she's been filling up her quiet, lonely world with music and dancing. She's practically a musical prodigy at 16 and music can't possibly be taken away from her. The only people she's ever been really close to are her psycho, over enthusiastic bff's. They're the only people she can tolerate anyway. That's until one fateful day when she meets a cocky, narcissistic, though really cute guy at her favourite fro yo shop who gets under her skin for just being himself. She absolutely detests guys like him. Absolutely gorgeous, frustratingly charming, cocky as hell and shockingly talented at music. That's right. Star discovers that this seemingly unbearable guy loves music almost as much as she does and just that single fact makes her heart soften a little so she lets her guard down for just a tiny bit. But after that one moment that she decides to let it down, she realises that she can't get it back up again.
