But when she meets four people while looking for survivors, it starts to get better. Jason is a 15 year old boy who had to shoot his family, because they were infected. Phoenix is a 14 year old book nerd who hid about 2 months in her local library. Harley is a 18 year old transgender who killed her brother. Sawyer is a 14 year old girl who was in an orphanage trying to find food, until Jason came along. Together, they will try to find a cure for this shitty disease that has ruined their lives. Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete
