After Anna's mother died, she was given an offer to either live with her mom's best friend, or go into the foster system.

Basically having no choice, Anna decides to live with her mom's best friend. Unknowing of who that "best friend" is, Anna is reluctant to live in a neighborhood so foreign to the newly formed orphan.

That is, until she meets the boy next door.

                                                 -

Enter Annabelle Walker, the girl whose mom died from a house intruder. She's a problematic teen, believing that trouble follows her everywhere.
Boy is she right.

Enter Carter Mason, Annabelle's next door neighbor and bedroom window buddy. He soon befriended Annabelle through the comfort of their own bedrooms, relating on their names that referenced to movies, but what Annabelle didn't know was that Carter was the most talked about person in Winford High. Maybe it's because he's the resident 'bad boy'. Maybe it's because he's the most popular player in school. Or, maybe it's because he's paying attention to the one girl who isn't Winford's slut, befriending the new kid with the mysterious past.

There's one thing for sure, though, and that's that there will be a hella lot of drama.

"We said whoever eats the most pizza has to do the dare no matter how cruel or easy it is." This is just a glimpse of our sleepovers. Ivy and Autumn always drag me into some kind of trap to do their evil dares. Tonight, they used my worst weakness, food. Sighing, "fine. I'll take the dare." They cheered and high-fived as I stood in front of them, glaring. "Better not be something bad!" I blurted, making them snap out of their cheering. They looked at me with a sinister smirk. The smirk where you know their up to something. Something bad. - Meet Jade Williams. Your average girl in every single way. He's basically a emotionless, fit brick dressed up in leather. Just your typical bad boy, right? Her life changes from late nights on Netflix to possibly going out to parties because of two guys.
