Jacopo is a waiter at the Le Wow Restaurant in Lumiose City, and while on break one day he finds a Persian basking in the sun. It's trainer, Juli, helps Jacopo from loosing his job after he follows the Pokemon to her in exchange for food and place to sleep.

Things become serious after he runs into the past on the way home from grocery shopping. An old friend wants a Pokemon, a special Sableye entrusted to Jacopo, so that he can win more territory for his gang. It's all up to Jacopo in order to save his beloved Pokemon... but why is it so special to begin with?
