When all the humans die out,their organs evolve into thinking,breathing,living beings.All of the organs form into different factions,Brains,Hearts,Livers,Intestines,Stomachs,Lungs,and Kidneys.Baxter,Hank,and Karl,Three best friends figure out there is a cult being created in Biotopolis. The cult believe that they must sacrifice anyone that is not in the cult to create humans.It's up to the three friends to take down the cult and survive the disaster that the cult caused.
