This is a poem that I wrote for my history project regarding the Holocaust. I don't mean to offend anyone -- originally this was just a project to me, but then I got emotionally invested in this and I really hope that I didn't offend anyone with this.
Also, quick warning: I've been told that some people didn't like my poem because it was sad and somewhat disturbing.

At first I want to say some things, I have no idea what I will be writing because well, I will just go with the flow and write what comes into my head. I do not have any previous writing experience if you don't count a few quick story's in school on my native language class. If you have a suggestion on what I could write in the next chapter feel free to comment it at the end of the previous chapter also I will NOT be writing smut at all. I personally do not like it so I will not write it. Also if you have a suggestion for the title I would love to hear it. I know it sounds like a Harriet Tubman story. But this one is going to be a bit different. The twist and turns will be an odd one. I will warn you ahead of time there is going to be terms in here that are not appropriate now. I am not a fan of these terms myself but to keep it with how history was, I will use them. I am republishing this for a friend who wanted to read a sample of my work. The plot is all over the place, but I know I'll revisit it in future. I initially wrote this in 2017 before I knew a lot of things I know now. There's a lot in here that is culturally insensitive. I have done my best to edit out what I could find at first glance, but if you see something glaringly offensive please make a comment about it so that I can correct my errors. The most egregious example that comes to mind is using the G-word for the Romani and relying on unflattering stereotypes. I plan to correct a lot of this in proceeding drafts.
