The car collided with a double tank truck sending both cars up in flames. The driver of the tank truck died instantly when the truck was sent up into an explosion. Jade flew through the windshield hitting a car's windshield and hitting her head on a electric pole. Since Arlette had her seatbelt on she was flipped over with the car. A few seconds after the car flipped over it exploded leaving Arlette bleeding profusely and her pretty face gone.
