At long last, a brief moment of rest has interrupted the unending power struggle in the Northwest Safe Haven. For the first time in years, the city is calm, and all is well. Or so it seems. After receiving a suspicious invitation to visit Fisi's Tower (directly from his business partner, no less), the Protectors are met with an interesting opportunity.
