I was a very troubled child back in my high school years, but when I had to babysit a 6 years old brat, named Amelia Halls, for the whole summer, and she somehow changed me... In a good way.
She was the very reason that I am who I am today, a teacher. A math teacher to be precise. How did I become a teacher? Well Amelia had summer homework, I had to help her out. It was a drag but helping her, helped me realized what I wanted to do in my future.
It's been about 10 years since the summer I met her, it's also been 10 years since the last time I saw her. Now I'm, 28 years old, starting my new teaching job, and that was when I saw her.
