What if after that night Bob had been stabbed the events of the story The Outsiders had changed the ending? Johnny survived the fire with a few bad burns. After heading to court he wasn't put behind bars.
The nervous wreck, Johnny Cade and a tough boy with a sly grin, Dallas Winston. Both greasers that have secrets, the only link between them, the limited time they have between sunset and sunrise. Their secrets safe only until then, their nights of recklessness and fooling around. Unable to tell anyone else or may their lives be forever changed.
One slip up of a night at a party, Dally was caught bringing a boy into the bedroom. Some say they're just rumors, but who knows what could have really happened? The word being spread like illness, coming around to the boys, Johnny and Dally are confronted with the big question.
