"This isn't goodbye." I whispered in her ear one last time and just like that, she was gone.
How would you feel if the only person that cared about you, the only person that ever really understood you, the only person that you ever loved and they loved you just as much, died? Would you feel sad, depressed, unwanted, useless, deserted? Monica doesn't know what she feels after her grandmother dies. Her grandmother took her in after her parents abused her and threw her out of her own home. She never wanted to say goodbye. But now that she's gone what will she do she has nowhere to go and no one to take care of her. She thinks it's the end for her. That's when she meets Jake.
