I paused mid-sip, lowering my cup as I looked at him-silent, but completely focused. He had my full attention. "When you weren't there," he began, his voice barely above a whisper, "it felt like the pod all over again. You were my oxygen... but, I couldn't reach you. And it was killing me." His words hit hard, and I felt my eyes begin to sting. I always knew my feelings for Fitz were strong... but I hadn't realized how deep his were too. Author's Note: Hey everyone! I started writing this story a few weeks after the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2 finale. I kept thinking, Where could Jemma have gone? That one question sparked the entire idea. Eventually, I was drawn to one of the most iconic cities in the Marvel universe as the setting. I later realized others had similar theories or storylines-but just to be clear, everything I write comes from my own ideas and imagination. I don't copy or take from anyone else. Crowley finally did it. He confessed his feelings the best he could to the only person that mattered to him in this whole universe... And what was he left with? His lover abandoning him, like everyone else has in Crowley's life. You'd think that over the thousands of years, these two beings have been together their connection was stronger. Aziraphale obviously didn't think so, well that's what Crowley thought at least but he didn't know the mystery he was about to uncover. Nobody did... This story is about an angel and demon you are most likely familiar with by now, however, throughout the story you will find out more and more about these mysterious beings and how they really feel deep inside. (This is my first Good Omens fic and I hope y'all like it :) I'll try my best to mend all our broken hearts from that season 2 finale) *The story could be mature if I continue it anymore, but that all depends on how many people read it. As of right now, It's mainly PG13 though*
