As my eyes keep blinking and wolfie is barking, I realize Its morning again. By the way, I'm Klare. My best Friend is Lucie, and I go to a strange school. We all are vampires. Except me and Lucie. We are witches, and everyone especially the boys, tease us. Not the bad tease, They are just being weird. And everyone is weird.. And the teachers at school know, that's why we have different classes. Well, any way, I have to go feed Wolfe. He's a wolf, duh, and also my baby. I got him when I was 4, but he never ages. I rush back to my room to got in my school uniform, . Jeans, and A tight black polo, with the schools logo. I brush my teeth, and wash my face.
My hair gets thrown in a messy bun at the top of my head. Throwing my Favorite pajamas on my bed, I bolt down stairs. I see my little sister Lillian, drinking orange juice. My big brother Alex talking about a test, and I look at the time, it's 7:45. I grab my be-witching text book, a granola bar, A glass of water, and gulp it all down.

His skin was tanned, but an olive tone suggested he had a natural darker complexion to begin with. My eyes finally found his pink, very plump lips which were resting slightly open. His lips jerked up into a lopsided sneer as his hand snapped back to his side. The sudden movement left my back cold, as if his palm had been a source of warmth. "You've got to be kidding me!" His tone dripped with disgust. My eyes turned to questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. I brought my hand up to rub my nose, squinting at the slight pain. "What the hell." He grumbled.
