To Mara, Liam is the last boy on Earth... literally. And to Liam it's the same with Mara.
After the apocalypse, most of its inhabitants are deadheads, the living dead walking around with dead eyes craving life. Aside from the zombies, there are the ravers, the insane who have turned to cannibalism to survive. Against all odds, Liam and Mara some how find each other in the half-living world and team up, fighting their harrowing memories and fear. They find the will to survive by clearing away the dead, and aiding the living. And maybe, just maybe, make some new memories of their own.
