Dani is used to moving from place to place because of her dad's job. She never really makes friends, because it just hurts too much once she leaves.

All that changes once she moves to Luna Beach. She meets honest, outgoing, southern belle Lilah, and bad boy Kyle and actually makes friends. Her dad tells her they are staying in Luna Beach, but is it because of a woman?

Dani gets a letter from a woman and her whole life starts to turn upside down, maybe for the better.

Will Dani's mom be back in the picture, or will she be left with more questions than she had before?
