We all have done things we are not proud of. They don't seem that bad at the time but before we realize it the damage has been done. It feels awful for a while, you start to try to ignore it and be careless. That works for a while, then it stops working and it feels awful again. That's how it works and that's how it was for me for a long time until I got myself together and fixed mostly everything. This is what this book is about. You may think this book is a bunch of crap which it could be but think of it how you want. I don't really care if you like it or not or if you're just reading it for something to do and think it's stupid. It doesn't really matter. I hope you like it.
