In Kellin's world, everyone has some type of power. The power can be as cool as being able to control the weather to being as useless as being able to fly one centimeter off the ground. Some people choose to use their powers for good, some don't. 

Kellin has yet to find out his power, which makes him an easy target for bullies. What happens when he's forced to go to a new school? 

Vic is the most popular kid in school. He's mostly seen as a bully and troublemaker. He's also faking it all for his reputation. What happens when the new kid catches his interest?
